BRASÍLIA – Capital of Brazil!
Brasilia is a beautiful city renown for its organization and elevated quality of life. At its center shimmers Lake Paranoá, and above it, the bluest sky hovers in breathtaking luminosity. A fairly young city (48 years old!), it offers a fresh approach to urban living, and boasts lush gardens, landscaped throughways and swaying palm trees. The last 10 years have marked a veritable explosion of new hip restaurants and nightclubs, which came to mingle with the traditional establishments brought in the 1960s by the new settlers. There is truly something here for everyone!
Brasilia attracts tourists from all over the world. In addition to its burgeoning night-life, natural beauty and unique “futuristic” architecture, it also offers nearby waterfalls and national parks, quaint historical towns, and nature reservations. Brasilia has been voted the city with the best quality of life in Brazil for many consecutive years and remains one of the country's safest places to visit and live.
